Immio provides immigration information tools including scenario planning, educational content, AI-powered informational chat, case tracking, visa bulletin monitoring, and document checklists for US employment-based immigration processes.

The Service provides general immigration information for educational purposes only. The information provided, including AI-generated content, scenario evaluations, timeline estimates, and document checklists:

• Does NOT constitute legal advice

• Does NOT create an attorney-client relationship

• Does NOT guarantee any immigration outcome

• May contain errors, omissions, or outdated information

• Should NOT be relied upon as the sole basis for immigration decisions

YOU SHOULD CONSULT A QUALIFIED IMMIGRATION ATTORNEY BEFORE MAKING ANY DECISIONS ABOUT YOUR IMMIGRATION STATUS.

4. AI Disclosure

The Service uses artificial intelligence technology. You are interacting with an AI system, not a human legal professional. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not applicable to your specific situation.

5. User Accounts and Data

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Inaccurate input will produce inaccurate results.

6. Subscription and Payments

Immio is currently offered free of charge. Paid tiers may be introduced in the future. You will be notified in advance before any charges are applied, and these Terms will be updated accordingly.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IMMIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect.
