We watch USCIS so you can sleep.
Immio is a planning surface for US employment-based immigration. Tell us your category, country, and priority date. We tell you which scenarios apply, what changed since last month, and where you would sit if your priority date became current today.
Every claim cites an INA paragraph or a USCIS Policy Manual section. We do not give legal advice. We do not train models on your chats. We do not share anything with USCIS or ICE.

6 entries§ 01Is Immio legal advice?
No. Immio provides general educational information about US immigration law and USCIS policy. We are not a law firm, and using Immio does not create an attorney-client relationship. For advice about your specific situation, you should consult a licensed immigration attorney.
§ 02Is Immio really free?
Yes. Immio is free during launch. Every scenario, the AI chat, the visa bulletin tracker, and the CSPA calculator are available at no cost. There is no paid tier and no credit card required to sign up.
§ 03How do you protect my data?
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We host on Supabase with row-level security so users only see their own records. We do not sell your data, share it with USCIS or ICE, or use your chats to train AI models.
§ 04Can I use Immio if I already have an immigration attorney?
Yes. Many users bring Immio output to their attorney meetings so they can ask sharper questions and spend billable time on strategy rather than basics. Immio does not replace your attorney — it helps you show up better prepared.
§ 05Which visa categories are supported?
US employment-based categories: H-1B, H-4, H-4 EAD, L-1/L-2, F-1 OPT/STEM OPT, O-1, EB-1, EB-2 (including NIW), EB-3, and the I-485 adjustment of status process. Family-based petitions appear only where they intersect with employment-based cases (CSPA for derivative children).
§ 06How current is the information?
The visa bulletin tracker updates every month when the Department of State releases a new bulletin. USCIS policy and statutory references reflect the most recent versions we have published; significant changes are typically incorporated within a few weeks. Confirm time-sensitive decisions with your attorney before filing.
We will write again only if your category moves.
Immio sends a short note the morning of the visa bulletin if something changes for your category. No marketing, no digests, no “hey let’s catch up.” Sign up free →
