Is Immio legal advice?
No. Immio provides general educational information about US immigration law and USCIS policy. We are not a law firm, and using Immio does not create an attorney-client relationship. For advice about your specific situation, you should consult a licensed immigration attorney.
Is Immio really free?
Yes. Immio is free for our initial launch. You can use every scenario evaluator, the AI chat, the visa bulletin tracker, and the CSPA calculator at no cost. There is no paid tier and no credit card required to sign up.
How do you protect my data?
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We host on Supabase with row-level security so users only see their own records. We do not sell your data, share it with USCIS or ICE, or use your chats to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Can I use Immio if I already have an immigration attorney?
Absolutely. Many users bring Immio output to their attorney meetings so they can ask sharper questions and spend billable time on strategy rather than basics. Immio does not replace your attorney — it helps you show up better prepared.
Which visa categories are supported?
Immio focuses on US employment-based categories including H-1B, H-4 and H-4 EAD, L-1/L-2, F-1 OPT/STEM OPT, O-1, EB-1, EB-2 (including NIW), EB-3, and the I-485 adjustment of status process. Family-based petitions appear only where they intersect with employment-based cases (for example, CSPA for derivative children).
How current is the information?
The visa bulletin tracker updates every month when the Department of State releases a new bulletin. USCIS policy and statutory references are reviewed on an ongoing basis. Because policy can change quickly, always confirm time-sensitive decisions with your attorney before filing.
